With extensive architectural training and practice, we understand how to work with the design team to respect and enhance their goals. We coordinate with the team providing the know-how to achieve energy targets in the tricky area of retrofit.  We have the tools including detailed SAP modeling that will provide the data required for building regulations and planning documentation. 

We are certified Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and Domestic Energy Assessors. We can also advise or assess your BREEAM/ HQM projects and provide Planning Statements (Energy and Sustainability Statements and Checklists). We eliminate the silos that exist between these different sides of the same coin because we have experience across the lot.

We are fully certified to provide these services for older and traditional buildings, including listed buildings. Please note that we do not have any supplier partnerships, and maintain a completely unbiased, third-party practice.
